I was wondering the same thing? Is there a boycott on XTM? I've only seen a side view, and from that, it look like it could be a good crawler....

From what I have heard Hua builds the axles for it. At 400 bucks it's a steal. Too bad it's not a shafty, boo hiss.

We have nothing to do with XTM. We do not make stuff for them. Their axle is kinda similar to the Raptor axle, but regardless we actually recommended a few customers to buy that kit, its definitely more affordable compare to ours. We in the progress to discontinue the Raptor axle all together, as soon as the Bully axle pass its testing period. We will continue sell replacement parts for awhile, but we will no longer sell the raptor axle it self.

Thanks for clarifying Hua. I still think that rig is a steal. Original projected price when it was still a concept rig at RCX was around $600. That was a pretty fair price if you consider what most of us have invested in our Super rigs. Not counting labor time.

Does any one know of a XTM dealer? All the people in my town don't know any thing about it. Also I was trying to compair them to the raptor axle sence they were always out of stock. Does any one know the angle that they will turn? I realy only want the axles to run on a hustler.

Been there , done that. Its the worst combination . Trust me.

Though the XTM axles look ok , I will let them come out and socialize before I commit to the purchase.

Plus liek RC4WD says, With there bully axles coming out , we can use them in place of the XTM's.

I'm an XTM dealer, and I'll have the X-crawler torn apart & posted up soon as I get them in stock

I hope they'll be a good alternative in the super class. My sales rep keeps telling me how nice they are......but then again that is his job!

Thank you for the info. I am realy new to the RC thing but I am having a lot of fun with it. I have made a set of axles and my own chassis for my first crawler, but unfortunatly the prototype thing keeps braking. I am looking for the best set up for a super, but I know it more up to oppinion than any thing else. I just found the bully axle on rc4wd, so I will look at the treads and try to get some info.

looks like tower is going to carry this thing too, and at $400 its a great steal. lets hope this will make some tire companies get some more options out there for us!
