Default Slipping Diff in Project BIG

HEy X-Factor genius'..Im running Xfactor axles on my PRoject Big seen here tp://www.rccrawler.com/forum/showthread.php?t=110591 cause they have t he length and beef that it needs..Both axles were locked when I got them in a trade but the rear sleems to slip when I try to climb anything...When I start to accend the front pulls but the reaer stops and just "clicks"..I pulled the rear off and opened here up...I dont see any obvious problems besides the fact that the diff itself is alittle warped...When I spin it the gear rolls warped..Could this be my problem?..If so I need a new diff..Any one got an extra?..LMK..I need to get this Pig up and running again!!!..Mahalo Nui

I never opened up the actual fidds on mine, but could it be the couplers that connect the axle shafts to the diff outputs? I've heard that if you don't loktite the grub screws that it can slip. I had planned to drill the shafts and diff outputs to run screws all the way through, like on driveshaft yokes. But I'm parting out my super instead.
