HH Cobalt Puller- Reborn page 35!

hi, JRH just wondering if the 7t puller i ordered got sent out yet to Anchorage, Alaska 99504

Rocky Tooyak

Thx

I was just wondering if they were back from the machinist yet.

Just got em back, I will spend the night assembling and they should all ship tomorrow.

Can the Cobalt Puller fit in a SW3 :?:

Not without modification to the chassis.

What kind of connectors (if any) do the 7t motors come with?

These will actually have deans plugs on them.

So, is this pre-order sold out, now? I'd like my scale truck to have some good wheelspeed for messing around when the rocks aren't close by.

Yes, they will be sold out for probably another two weeks. If you want comparable wheelspeed a 25t would get you there.

Great news! Deans is a plus too(woulda hacked off anything else). Thanks for the update.

Do you know when you will have any more 5 or 7 turns JRH? Ive got a 10turn on 3s lipo/17t pinion/r2d and am looking for a bit more wheelspeed for my rock racer:lol:

mine was spinning clockwise...is that normal? Seems like its backwards. My other motors go counter.

I have a few 7t right now, and I am waiting for the factory to get more 10t made.

You can simply rotate the back plate 180* or swap the wires. I timed it to zero so either will work.

Fitting in a GC1?

Someone may have asked, and I tried searching but has anyone shoe-horned one these bad boys in a GC1 Chassis? If so can I get some pictures, I want to try one but if the 2.5" long is correct it will not fit. (unless the is measured from the shaft to the end of the can) Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!!

I picked up an outrunner from you and I am thinking I may go back brushed, I can't get used to it yet,LOL
I guess the motor length isn't including the shaft?

Great thanks. I rotated it 180 and all is good. Problem is I did not mark anything. Is there any way to ensure it is zero or close to it? All I got for tools is a multimeter.

The screw and brush will be exactly in between the magnets if you look down the can. You can also use a mulitmeter to get the lowest amp draw at zero timing. If anything just make sure that forward is a bit faster if you can't get it exaxt.
