San Diego RC Crawlers

Yo!

Hey SD check this out. I'm getting rid of my Pit bike. Super cheap. So cheap i'm not even going to list the price. It's a 2004 SDG 110cc runs strong, low hours, and comes with new tie downs and a brand new NO FEAR mx helmet. PM me if your interested. I might bring it to the comp on sat.

geesh

it's all about the DNA ....rabies...malaria..rattlers..rocky mtn fever..west nile virus..various excretment..but all that aside i still crawl there when i can ...we should mark some killer courses and get a "conditonal" permit to hone our skills !!!!

Spec classes exist in many forms of racing, RC and otherwise. I only mentioned it due to a comment made to me by Nabil while discussing possibilities for next year. One rig I don't want to work on anyway in enough for me.

You should get one. Look at the For Sale section there's always killer deals there.

Eventually, but I'm hesitant to open Pandora's box of spending $$$ on parts. I understand that I don't need to spend lots on a entry level competition rig, but there are just so many awesome parts available to improve performance.

You wouldn't go half-assed on any of your rigs, would you?

I guess there is always the option of becoming a popular driver and whoring yourself out for free parts... right?

Ca already has 2 clubs, more than most states. San Diego has had a club with a series in existance longer than you guys have. They are not going to be recognized. this is a bummer.

We are just gonna have to wait and see how things work out. The reply I got from Kevin when I sent in the request was more positive than negative.

What's in a Name

I was noticing that the "official" California crawler groups use a specific naming convention (location+CAL). So maybe we'd have a better shot at being recognized if we name our group in the same way. So here are a couple of suggestions:

If you want to be vague about it,

Certain Other Municipalities In CAL, or COMICAL.

Or to be specific,

From Escondido CAL, or FECAL.

I hope this helps.
