I've always been a fan of this truck, as it's the only one in the world that uses dirtbike style handlebars and a stand-up driving position. Plus the fact that it has nearly 48" of rear suspension travel!

Based around a heavily modified Clodbuster using our Terminator race chassis, the unique suspension on the real truck fits perfectly with the design laid out for this chassis.

These modified race trucks run in upwards of 30 mph over a scale course. Unhook the sway bars and you've got the perfect start to that super class rock racer! :lol:

That's pretty cool! Nice.

You should drill every other hole in the beadlock rings a little larger, like on the real truck.

Can you put the battery at the very bottom of the chassis?

The driver is a former motocross champion, and built the truck around standing up to drive it.

Battery pack mounts across the bottom of the chassis and is protected bu the bracing and sway bars running underneath that area.

The beadlock rings are actually exact copies of the versions he ran up to a couple months ago, pictured here:

I've seen that on discovery channel or something. The harness is pretty badass. You basically suspended with bungee cords so you can easily take all the blows from jumping and jarring.

what circuit does the truck race in ? i never seen it on monster jam. looks to handle pretty well.

He kind of runs it when he wants to, and usually at West Coast shows. I think he ran some of the Special Events series this year, with Ohio being the farthest east he made it.

thats what I was just thinking watching the video, the body remains so level with the suspension travel and theres really no bounce on landing. I havent watched monster trucks in a couple years but thats the smoothest cycling suspension ive seen on any truck that size.

I saw that too. Quite the harness system to get into to drive/ride it. I think if you took off the body, except for the cage, it may look like the worlds biggest ATV/quad. He drives it that way too, more like a quad than a truck.
