My order

Hey JRH,
I placed my order on the website but I could not change the zip code so if you could put the right one in and that zip is 09322. Thanks again, sorry for the trouble.

So if I was to make an adapter that would run two packs in paralell, say 3300Mah each that would give me plenty of run time right? I'm guesstimating the rigs to weigh in at 20lbs each running either a MM or sidewinder with one of your crawlmasters into a emaxx 2 speed and a nitro pede as a transfer case, or a regular esc with a 55t lathe. THink that would work?

aye JRH

i bought one of your 7t motors awhile back. i stoped using it for abit, but then the other day i went to go plug it in. the motor got really hot and started smoking. everything was working fine w/ integy 45t motor. it felt as i got 2mins of runtime then it just stoped and got hot and started smoking. any ideas ??

6 amp hours would be a lot of run time. The setup should work no problem. It would be pretty slow with the emaxx tranny and a t case.

I could just gear the emaxx tranny up to make up for the slowness right? the motor 55t lathe shouldnt overheat or break right? I'm also running pretty large tires, almost same size as maxx tires

This is regarding your dig switches:
I plan on using two of them on a non dig application but similar in set up, this is my thought: Two 55t lathes, one being for a tranny to drive the rig the other to run a winch. the 3rd ch servo to switch power between the two motors for use as a winch or to drive, but not both at the same time. Will the RS shack switches be enough or not good enough, or would yours work better. This winch I'm making will have a lot of reduction, but will my battery die a lot faster due to the crappyness of the RS swithes?

I just ordered your 1300 lipo for my crawler. I didn't see any where that you talk about balancing taps or connectors. I assume it doesn't come with connector, but what type of balancing tap does it come with? I have a poly quest.

Thanks

You can certainly gear up to get wheelspeed. A single lathe motor will be limited on power, so you will only get so much speed before it overheats. How much speed, I can't guess since the rig will be heavy and I don't know your terrain.

The RS switches would drain some power. My switches will have some resistance, but they are rated for more amperage. Using the biggest switch possible is a good idea IMO.

mr holmes,do you do repair work on mamba max's?

I do not, I send all warrenty to Castle.

John, I have to make an order with you soon anyways, Would you be interested in giving me Say $80 credit for a $100 best buy gift card? Shoot me a PM if your interested.

Not at this time, I would spend the money instead of reinvesting it in the biz  Thanks for the offer though.

It has align taps, and no power connectors on it. I put that info on the site, thanks for the heads up!

Hey John,

If I get an email saying my order has been completed does that mean it has shipped?

Sure does "thumbsup"

Hey John do you stock the laydown brushes for the 45t pro handwound ?
If not could you give me a part number so I can order some from A-main or Tower.
