Since the name Chrysler isn't really helping sell their cars, why the hell not. According to the article the Alfa Romeo line is more the Chrysler replacements. Alfa Romeo's are nice classy cars, which is what Chrysler was supposed to be for the brand. Since Fiat has restructured themselves and Alfa their cars are much better.

While the Alfa style is unique, its not cookie cutter ugly like Chrysler's current crop of vehicles that sell terribly.
I will say, calling the 8C ugly is one of the most hillbilly things I've heard. It's a Ferrari thoroughbreed...sadly its looks are about all it has because handling they skimped on so it drives like a Challenger, not a Ferrari.
Couldn't Agree more"thumbsup"
Let's see...Power Wagon, Viper, Challenger, SRT-10 Ram...these are the only inspiring vehicles Dodge makes. The Jeep line could be cut down to the Wrangler and the Grand Cherokee. Since the Prowler is gone, Chrysler has nothing that interests me, except maybe the SRT-6 Crossfire.
Leave those cars alone, and I don't see how Fiat could do any worse than the current C/D/J lines.
that whats my step dad always said about FIAT. So are they good cars or no....
...and Wranglers with the CRD engine
In all honesty, even thinking your step dad has a point...why were they able to BUY (not merge) into Chrysler when no other American company could merge let alone buy. Globally the Fiats have improved monumentally with their new rejuvination through a better management team, mainly Sergio Marcchione.
Remember people used to make fun of Honda and Toyota too...
