traxxas summit iS everything a crawler is....and then some

old enough to have built 1:1 rigs and go on several "CRAWLING" events..... i know what the hell crawling is....
My 11yr old has worked on 1:1rigs and went to crawling events,he knows what crawling is. He also knows that his 2.2 will out crawl a summit.

there is no reason other than shear girth at the starting line that a summit would not perform well...

Besides the girth, the shitty steering, the tires, the diff outputs that break if you look at them wrong, and the axle shafts that twist right off, you're right it is a great crawler.

46 posts in one day all in one thread, is it just me or does it seem like wovereene is just trying to build a post count to eventually see the for sale section, so he can buy himself a real crawler

btw i'll be willing to open an invitation to any summit to take on my 2.2 on a heads up comp. your 4 channels vs my 3. loser takes a hammer to their own rig

That would mean he might have used the search function or read the rules, which I find unlikely.

the steering could use a stronger servo but if you want to take tight turns jsut unlock the rear dif and it turnss considerably better......

a summit is a glorified e revo. you know what the e revo DID. It raced as in haul a.. around a track. the summit has racing to the core but with big cheesy doughnuts of rubber for tires and remote diff lock. the creeper has that to so nothing OG there

i was simply trying to get some info on what makes the summit not a crawler and wondering what the faults of the machine were as well as seein if people have really givin it a good run down and if had, what were the technicalities that you were having ..
