Hy Every one

It's been a long time I am wacthing your terrefic build.
And now I am presenting you my build : a rc4wd Diablo chassis with modified tamiya body…

the body work looks great but, the chassis ruins it. ditch the diablo portion of it and you will have a much better looking and more realistic driving chassis.

some changes on the fj 45 kind of

I made some changes, like the front suspension setting (now it look like more accurate) and the rear body which I copied from the very nicce looking FJ40 on the pictures I joined. There is still a lot more to do…

Very good body work. I dont agree wth the chassis you are using. Go for a scale chassis. I did my FJ45 with a tamiya bruiser chassis.Works perfect. And I think 1.9 wheels with roklox will look much better too.Keep up the good work"thumbsup"

hy, I am wacthing your fj45 build… very impressive work and result !!!

It's funny, the 2 comments I got don't like chassis with the body…
To me it's fine I wanted to build some kind of extreme fj45 rock crawler, may be it look much better in real than in photo, and I hope it will look better to, when every will be painted (black for the chassis and snow white for the body)… any way I have a lot of fun with this chassis very capable.
I am planning to build a very realistic crawler 1.9 using a bruiser chassis and trex axle plus a 3 speed gear box. I still don't know for the body etheir hilux or I will build a toy fj 62 v body…

Why dont you use the bruiser chassis and 4 link it for better articulation? This way it will give you the maximum flex you need yet maintain the "scaler" look. Just giving you my two cents worth. By the way, the FJ45 body looks "thumbsup"!

First coat of primer on the body and chassis. I just put the body on the wheel to sse waht happen, and I have to say I like it

Nice looking rig. How did you mate the lexan to styrene? Keep it going. The pics you posted show a familiar rig. That same yellow FJ was the inspiration for the Baller Buildoff rig...that won! Not to highjack your thread here is some pics...
