Pro-Line TSL Super Swamper

A 5.4" x 2.1" tire reduced to 1.9 will end up about 4.75" x 2.1".

A 4.75" tire is going to look like 49" tire on a Proline Jeep XJ body but would look like a 40" tire on an HPI Bronco body.

id really be interested in buying a set of 2.2's and paying someone to cut em down for a 1.9 wheel.

id love to have it in a 4.5-4.7 inch tire for my 1.9's

why wouldnt they? the beads look identical to my rokloc's and we just put a set of loc's on a black set of oem style steel wheels.
i own both the oem wont fit nothing from proline i think.check rc4wd n read under oem wheels they say wont fit.i found out $45 later

the oem wheels fall right threw proline swampers.if there's a way i would like to see how its done, before i F up my tires

make sure you dont have 1.5 wheels. ive got rc4wd tires on stock axials wheels, as well as the oem steel types. i cant see much diffrence in either tire.

there setting here side by side.

i dont know. everything i own 1.9's fits on everything else 1.9

how does one trim it? i am trying to figure out that setup too

DON'T CUT YOUR TIRES!

Go to the hardware store and buy some 2" id black pvc pipe (4 or 5 bucks) cut out new rings that are the same width and they will mount up just fine.

The bead on the interco tsl is identical to the flat iron. I own both tires and they are both mounted on rc4wd OEM's.

pic please.

Seeing how this is the Interco TSL thread, here is a picture of mine that I reduced to 1.55. But I will point out that they still need a different ring for the wheel.

If you are after mounting pro-line tires on rc4wd oems, then I will gladly post a how-to. Just not in this thread.

As for my take on this tire I have big hopes. I really like the way they feel and how sticky they are. It'll be a while before they see any action because my scaler isn't done yet.

1.55 that looks sweet

I just got my 1.9s in and installed, will be running them this weekend and will post my feedback on them. I love the looks so far and I am sure they will perform better than the flatirons.

ran the truck yesterday for about 15 minutes before breaking my 4 link. All I can say is in that 15 minutes, I was trully impressed with how well the hook up on the rock and several other people commented the same. The rock was dry and some was wet as it had been raining lightly and they worked great. They seem to stay pretty cleaned out at well.

I tried mine saturday. I like them, way stickier than my stock ones. Have to toughen up my course design
