I need too Adjust my End point's on EVERYTHING but drive and Invert the front steering but with the new servo's coming I wasn't stressed and by the end of my 2hr play last night I was still confusing myself with the front steering going the wrong way lol

Servo's Are Here! Yay!!

They'll be going in tomorrow arvo along with the BEC and re-config'n the controller!!!

I can still remove the shafts. As long as I don't break an axle shaft I'm good. "thumbsup"The cvd has nothing to do with tare down of either the trans or the axle.

The only TT mine has is if I'm in a bad bind. My rear links are in the stock location on the axles, but are as long as I could get them on my homemade chassis. I think the shocks I used has a lot to do with fixing my TT.

YES ME TOO....LINKS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH MY TT, i MOVED MY REAR SHOCKS TO THE LOWER LINK MOUNT AND THE UPPER SHOCK ARE BOLTED TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE BATTERY TRAY WHERE IT BOLTS TOGETHER WITH THE SHOCK MOUNTS, THEN USED 1/8 BUGGY PROGRESSIVE SPRINGS!! WORKS FINE AND DANDY!!..IF YOU PUT A STIFFER SPRING ON ONE SHOCK IN THE FRONT IT WILL JUST MAKE YOUR FRONT END LIFT...DUUUUR lol

ROCKHOPPERZ,,,,Bro I hope you dont take this the wrong way but man,,,you dont know what you are talking about. Your TT and everyone else's who has it,,,has it because of LINK GEMOETRY. Dont tell people to fix TT with spring rates...thats jacked up and misleading and leads to people getting frustrated with their hobby. You can ask anyone in the forum that has followed what I told them to do with the links and theyll tell you that the TT was eliminated or seriously decreased by the mod. Running different spring rates on any rig whether its a toy or a hobby grade rc or a 1:1 is just not smart. It will cause bad performance,,,and if you think changing the springs made your rigs better,,,then try doing the CORRECT set up and see what it does.

Ok..... Thanks guys :p

I installed the servos and it was glitching WORSE than ever! On the up side I didn't need too adjust the servos or programming. Just recentered the horn.

Installed the BEC and ran it at 5v and it solved the glitch and ran 2 lipos flat and had a ball!

Out drove my mates losi cc.
At the end o the 2nd battery the rear steer locktup and wouldn't steer but drove fine. The plate was flexing and servo was working fine, the Linkage's must be binding up somewere but at 11pm and an hour from home i was just happy all went well..... I'll be Looking into the binding. Thinking that the plate bolt's worked lose....

Looked into the rear steer binding up after work yesterday turn's out the nut I used is tightening the more i use the rear steer so I've turned it over and the bold head is now on the drag link side and the nut on the knuckle side. Wonder if that will fix it.

I've noticed that the suspension is slow too react and I need more weight over the front end. I going too try zip tieing weight to the servo plate and see how that goe's, if it work's I'll make it permant.

My Big Brother told me of a dried up rock river about 5kms from home that's 3kms long, that he reckons will be cool, so I'll go look into that after the gym this arvo.

So was a mate was driving it round the carpark infront of his shop saturday morning and the CKRC HD CVD in the back left.
He was driving over a 4-6" garden kerb. A NOTHING obstical.
There is no goudging, chunk's missing, scratch's, wear make's, etc it just sheared at the bearing. The CVD pin and outer are fine. It's just the axle that snapped!
I'll post pics tonight

Until then it was going great, working well and I was having a ball.

not the best pics, i really need to get the camera going on this laptop lol

i got foams and cvd pin holders from RMDesign

I'll fit the foams too the the new rims.... when I get/order some lol

wicked, i see your running the ckrc BTA steering kit. could you do me a favor? could you post some close up picks from the side down the length of the drag link? i've been working on a home brew version of this but i'm having trouble getting the right amount of clearance. i'd like to see if the ckrc kit has enough clearance around the axles. if the ckrc kit solved all my issues i would consider the purchase.
by the way, how much steering angle are you getting with yours?

a ckrc stage 2 kit will allow what i have for steering but you have to move the shocks inboard with the lower links to get full non-rub clearance.

I am working on a BTA kit right now which will include what you need to relocate the shocks and links plus the steering links.
