First test run and battery has been drained, to the cutoff of course. These things hook up, the compound is fantastic. Good job pro-line!!

Hells to the Yizzo, I got mine today. They are SUPER sticky compared to my X crawlers fro rc4wd. The five minutes I have on them was awesome. I looked kinda like I knew what I was doing.

sorry for crappy cell fone pics.

Got mine in today from RPP! "thumbsup" Like everyone has said, they're very tacky/sticky. What concerned me was the size of the memory foams. They're huge and I was concerned about a lack of sidewall compliance as a result. I took several comparison shots with my 2.2 Rok Lox.

First, here's the size comparison of the Pro-Line foams and the Panther memory foams I was running in my Rok Lox. The Panthers are a tick wider.

Height is close to 5" with no foams. Roks are also shown w/o foams.

Both shown wearing a Pro-Line foam and unmounted.

The TSLs definitely grew relative to the Roks once mounted (Roks with Panther foam).

Rear mounted up on my CAC EZ-Locs.

Front mounted up with a single strip of lead weight.

TSL front sidewall bulge on my 8.5 lb rig. I was pleasantly surprised by the compliance of these foams and sidewalls. Definite potential!

Front Rok Lox on other side with Panther foam.

And an overall shot...

I'm loving mine so far. Running dual compound foams. 5.25" tall and 2.125" wide on CAC wheels.

Compared to Pit Bulls and Rok Loks with 1 lug section taken out.

GREAT, these tires are gonna make me build a scaler! Just what i need, another project.

I got my 1.9's today, here's a few pics for those still comparing.

Size-wise, I'm somewhat disappointed. Here in my shop viewed with my own eyes, they are obviously pretty much the same size as a 1.9" Flat Iron.

TSL-SX on the right, and a brand-new Flat Iron on the left. Both in G8 compound and mounted with stock Pro-Line memory foam on Axial 8-hole wheels:

Someone at Pro-Line needs to brush up on how to properly read a measuring device. Neither of these tires even come close to the 4.2" the Flat Irons are listed at, much less the listed 4.3" diameter of the TSL's. They both come in closer to 4.05" by my measurements, either by ruler or caliper

But you have to admit, they are damned good looking tires though:

You can see I'm going to need to do some foam tuning. The stock memory foams are havin' a bit of trouble fully supporting my SCX10/HiLux, even though it only weighs 6 1/2 lbs.

Pro-Line definitely captured all the detail of the real 1:1 Interco tires, they are far and away the best looking scale tire yet (If they were actually the size they say they are on the sidewall, they'd be perfect) There was a lot more mold flashing on these than I'm used to seeing on Pro-Line tires, but it pulled right off w/o much effort. It was just time consuming. The beads are just as precise as any other Pro-Line tire, mounting was a breeze on stock Axial wheels. And yea, they are definitely tacky. They're G8 compound so you can't go wrong there.

If they were really the 4.3" that they're supposed to be, Pro-Line would have a definite home run with these. I'm sure they'll still sell well, and overall I'm still pretty happy, but they could have been a little bit bigger...

Are the sidewalls collapsing on you when you sidehill or take a sharp corner?

I have to admit I have not had them out yet, I'm just going by experience. And "experience" is sayin' to me that I'm gonna want a little more sidewall support.

Last nite I swapped out the stock foams for some 2.2 foams I had laying around. Approx. 1/2" taller and just a bit wider. They're still fairly soft but now they don't look like they're almost flat anymore...

When you say 1/2 inch taller and a bit wider are you referring to the foams that you used or the overall tire size once the foams were installed? If it increased the o.d. of the tire, would you have any pics of those big foams installed in one?
