Dude had recent smoked and told 3 different stories to the officers as to what happened. The azzhole never hit the breaks, when he plowed into me and shoved me into the lady infront of me

Well I have a layer and a few witnesses. The guy had another car come up before the cops got there he took allot of things out of his car and put into the other and the other car took off. The wrecker drive stated that the car reeked of weed when he cracked the door open, The witness saw the car that took the stuff and split as well as seen him plow me, They said he had to have been doing 80. I thank GOD the bike had a flat. He was given 7 tickets an for some odd ass reason he got to go home.

I play basketball and go to school with 2 pot heads. Used to be my best friends, til they started smoking pot. Now I can tell a big difference in there grades, attitude, and there basketball. Both went from being starters to bench warmers on the bench cussing, and talking about getting high.

Yes the lady that I was shoved into is fine, as am I. I'm a little sore but good. I was told she didn't even have to be checked out. I was also told that she drove home. She was in a Dodge Dakota and I think it had a drop hitch on it. if you look at the second pic you can see where one might have struck the car or got buried in which ever.

It's like I have always said in the court of law it isn't what you know its what you can prove. Unless you are a multi millionaire. But as you know Judges tend to believe Officers so with that said I'm not at fault.
