Quick question:
Is there a way on the 4PL to display the rear motor % on the main display? I know it beeps when you reach 120%, but it's difficult to hear sometimes.
thanks
Sorry no. That's one benefit of the 4PK.

Harley I sent you a pm. I def. will need some hlp with 4pl. Thnx.
Harley,
I have a few questions and they have probably already been answered but I'm trying to avoid reading all 1000 posts....
If I wanted to setup rear steer to work off one of those switches around the wheel could I set it up to do left, left 50%, center, right 50% & right?
Also, if I did that and I was already at 100% right ... if I hit it again would it go to 100% left or do nothing?
For the 3 position round slide switch ... would there be any rocket science involved in making that a regular toggle switch and using it for a shafty dig? What about for use with dual ESCs for dig?
Thanks
Thanks. That 4WS setup is pretty standard. I think I have a video showing that. If not I am do one. If you hit the button when at full lock it would do nothing, it's not a rotating selection.
You could use te switch for dig on a shafty but not dual ESC's.
Harley,
First off, thanks a ton for all the info and videos. They've been very helpful! I've got a question similar to Locked Up's....
In your Super Class video, you went over 4WS where you can toggle between front steer, rear steer, opposite steer, crab steer. I am looking to do something more like what Locked Up described. I want my rear steer to always be independent of my front steer. I'd like a button or toggle to cycle rear steer something like this:
100% left < 50% left < straight > 50% right > 100% right
Is there a limit to how many steps can be used? The example above only has 2 positions in each direction. Could I do 4 steps in each direction, for example? Or 6?
Also, while using rear steer, is it possible to have a button set up to immediately return the rear steer to center or would I have to cycle the toggle back to center manually?
Thanks a lot!!
Tommy
Thanks, man! That's great to hear. So I assume that it would also be possible to set up a button to return the rear steer to center. Is that correct?
the 4pl works great on my 2.2, now i have a new rx and i want to put it on my super. Do i follow the directions on page 38 of the manual to do this. Sorry this is my first time using the same radio for two rigs.
First, great thread, lots of good info and it did help me decide to buy one.
Anyone know the size of the charge jack?
