Those arms are pretty, but aren't you scared of destroying your bulkhead without the flex of the plastic arms? I've not had good luck with luminum arms.

Wow , That's Killer ! nice work
Been thinking building one

How's the speeds ?

Thanks

It was a lot fastest with the 13.5 but Indy stole that motor. It fast enough I was hitting a skate ramp yesterday with perfect landing. :ror:

I think maybe I might go to a 17.5 ;-)

When he showed me them @ I-Hobby I was thinking "Bling". I think at the speeds your going with those short course maybe but my Rock Racers are not near as fast.

I guess will see what happens

i saw this thing yesterday and got to drive it, this thing is awsome but the front diff was not locked yet and that made it lack when crawling, but it was awsome when it was jumping

That skate ramp was fun. I was disappointed with the spooler I lost almost all my steering.

Will see what I can come up with.

Just for future reference, for threads like this, if you host images on imageshack.us They never get removed or expire. You don't even need (but can create if you want) an account to use the service.

Photobucket sucks for things you want to have archived.

Since we are have a TTC this summer I started to think maybe Mayhem might do better. Wheel Speed!!!!

I took two arms off Indy to see ho it will look and fit. Got Mayhem down to 11.75 front 11.5 rear. Also Locked the front axle again. I was un-happy with how it turned once look but, Indy is locked and turn really well for me.

Here where it sits now. I guess I see how well it drive next week.

Just need to install a servo winch.

the first rule of Fight Club is don't talk about Fight Club.......Yeah, I know, I know........but

How did she do narrowed and locked up?

Very well.

I have now turn the rear axle over so the rear links are on top. This shorten my wheel base. It also now crawls so much better. I am up in the air for my Top Truck around the corner.

Mayhem vs Scrambler.

I love the wheels speed Mayhem has.

A few current pic's

PLaced the winch guide so I can run a servo winch threw.

Absolutely awesome:twisted:. Looks much more proportioned now. How has the durability of the axle been? Was it just the original one you had problems with?

How's it handle with the rear links set up like that? My guess is not so good.

That's not far off of how mine's running and it handles very nicely, does a good job of restricting flex too (very important on my old setup as I could articulate the rear axle over 90 deg on it's own if the uppers weren't like those are)
