Rollin coal... Ghey or Cool?

I have to put up with the guys bouncing my brains with thier radio from 10 cars back,I have to put up with the smoke rolling by at the light,I have to put up with dip shits racing by at unsafe speeds, people passing in unsafe manners, truckers not keeping a safe distance back.

Its all sux,but this is america.....they are free to do what makes em happy,I just drive 55 in the fast lane pulling a load and call it even"thumbsup"

Actually, everything you listed here is illegal. Just because this is America doesn't mean we are "free" to do what we want. There are noise decibel laws, pollution laws, speed limit laws, carless and reckless in a motor vehicle laws, and unsafe driving laws. I think that covers your list. Free? nope.

Oh, and by the way, driving 55 in the fast lane makes you more ignorant than the guy "rolling coal" People like you make me drive like a jackass to get around you.

X2

Laws are created because people do dumb shit that is either dangerous to themselves or others or because they are inconsiderate towards the general population. Rolling coal may not be technically "illegal" and there may not be a law against it now, but there will be. Keep dumping soot on people and their cars and watch it happen.

Most of the guys that blow smoke remove half of their exhaust, so if you go get it inspected then it will fail, bring to the Chevy Dodge Jeep Chrysler dealership where I work and I will fail it in a heartbeat.

As for towing 10,000lbs behind my truck and trying to beat you, well you have the upper hand but my truck isn't being built for that purpose. Plus if you want to race with that much weight behind it like that then I will be sure to wave when I see you broken on the side of the street broken down from you being a dumba$$. It may not break right now but sooner or later it will. I work around Dodge and Chevy diesels all day and I have seen it all. And if you want to run at a rolling start I will still leave you behind and you won't be the first one, you ride in my truck and my second gear will snap your neck when it shifts in. As for the gas mileage, if I was worried about my gas mileage then I would have gotten a Hybrid, I have never cared about gas mileage as long as I am having fun having the pleasure of being able to own and drive a vehicle unlike alot of people.

I don't mind diesel's, I like then to a certain point, it just pisses me off when I see them smoking anyone and everyone they drive by just because they think it is funny and cool. Diesels smell anyways so I will just pass you up so I won't have to put up with that $hit.

really--all the duraturds I see at work all have there exhaust systems, some will roll it and some won't.

bla bla--sounds like you have power envy "thumbsup"

I have many customers who will pass you with a trailer on (you empty) and continue to. Plus another nice aspect of diesel power is you can get lots and still have a motor thats going to hold together for 500,000. I would like to see any gay gasser do that "thumbsup"

I find it funny really when the percentage of those who think its funny to roll coal is VERY small. Then you have how many tractor trailer rigs out there who will roll the coal on a constant basis (producing large amounts of power). Then you have HOW many clunkers out there who burn large amounts of oil, run poor and exhibit tons more of hydrocarbons into the air thats 1000x's worse.

:lmao:

There's humor in this... I know it.

I am known here at work for that saying  I do 90% of all the duraturd work here at work and just love to work with those motors and constaly throw out the gay gassers

Plus there is a battle between me and the boss all the time between his duraturd and my cummins :lmao:

real

Show me a chipped, twisted up light truck diesel that lives that long. Ford hasn't had anything that likely to last that long stock.:lmao:Cummins wont be happy and Duramax will be spitting out head gaskets. Only benifit a diesel would have for me is better mileage while towing. But for the extra $4000, I can buy a lot of gas.

I see many of them on a constant basis. I have seen just as many (if not more) stockers blowing the outer edge of the head gaskets. Again your going to throw more hydrocarbons into the air with all that extra gas you will burn..

If you're worried about hydrocarbons, start walking to work. I have my economy rig, and my crawler got better mileage on a recent trip than 4 diesel trucks towing their crawler by at least 5 mpg. So now your wasting natural reasources with and extra 4-6 tires. It's a battle that will never end. They do have their place but it's still damn annoying to drive in the stinky black clouds.

exactly and they all try to cover it up like they never had anything on them. It never works and they always get pissed off. There is a guy at work that has a 1997 Chevy Suburban that has a little over 500,000 miles on it and he has replaced anything but a water pup, alternator and some filters and still runs strong. The diesels cost to damn much to fix anyways so why bother when you have to spend lots of money to keep it running. The damn injectors cost $600 each, I can do alot with that much money.

Everyone has their own style of vehicles they like and they seem to think they are better than others, but in all actuality, we are all car guys and love to fix up and mod our vehicles to make them our own and there is nothing wrong with that. The thing is when people abuse that right and ruin it for all of us others that like to tune and mod. Thats why alot of people think that just because a Honda puts a muffler on it that it is a ricer, well think again. There is a difference between ricers and tuners, I was a tuner at one time before I got out of that scene along time ago. My Honda didn't have a huge wing or body kit, it looked stock except for the low stance and wheels. I did a complete exhaust instead of putting a huge muffler on the back with the stock pipe. Ricers give tuners a bad name to anyone that sees one just like with diesels. You have the guys that like to mod their rigs and show it of or use it for work and then you have the guys that mod it and blow smoke on everyone cause they think it is cool and it never sees a trailer behind it a day of it's life. There is a difference in this so you guys that think it is cool to blow smoke all over everyone else, QUIT BEING A DUNBA$$ and just enjoy the freedom that you have to modify your vehicle before you ruin it for everyone. The laws are getting tougher every day because of this.

If you don't like the cloud then don't drive and start walking "thumbsup"

we have a '91 12v with 550k+ miles (odometer stopped working) and it has a straight pipe, cranked fuel pump, air intake and injectors and it still lives, given its been through six 5-speeds trannys but still lives!

I can make my truck run very clean. I have 10 programs to choose from. "thumbsup"

Lets see..

I have a 100hp box, stacked with a 50hp box, an HX50 turbo making 50+ lbs of boost, +80hp injectors, an AFE intake, a big AFE filter, a FASS fuel pump,an ECM tuned by a Cummins engineer and a Southbend clutch that holds well enough to bark the tires of a 9,000 lb truck going into third.

You have a tuner, tranny and a filter right? I've raced tons of trucks like yours.

Have you ever seen a manual Cummins launch in 3rd gear at about 2,800 rpm?
;-)
