Taco supreme build thread

Yeah there's a ton of money and if my fiancé knew how Much age would cut off my balls

What I have found that works is keep your rc area a little cluttered. That way it is hard for them to pick out that there is new stuff in the mess and pile o parts. If things are too neat and clean, new parts stick out like a sore thumb. That and if she starts asking questions, I just by her a new purse or something. I have had to buy 3 Coach purses in the last two years cause of this. So add a grand to the rc costs, but it is worth it. Keeps her quiet for a few months.

Oh trust me I have lots of drawers and a clutter on the work desk it makes it hard to know what I've got at times ha ha

Still looking good "thumbsup" I would use a light color (silver, white, ect) to contrast the black tube work. Anything but Yellow"thumbsup"

Well Wendall. Nate and I were tossing around ideas and I was kind of thinking pink. Then I could call it taco supreme aka the pink taco

Well I got a small test run in today before the rain started. Found out a few things.

First was I had to drill out my beef tubes a little for the rear four link trust that was while running on 3s

Then I hooked up the big power 6s
And all I can say is wow this thing will sling grass and throw the front tires off the ground while at or around quarter throttle.

So things I will have to do is lengthen my wheel base a little more

And try and get this puppy a little wider

I did a quick little video with my phone Like I said it started to rain sorry

so i got a chance to just run this thing for all of about ten minutes today and decided i need to get a couple of things done to this thing for it to handle this kind of speed.

just curious has anyone used wheel wideners with vp hubs ?? thats the only solution i can really see at this time to get a wider stance thanks for any help

For right now I'm trying to dodge that expense being I would have to buy all new steering components as well as longer tubes.

Ok I'm having some binding issues with my mip cvd's.
in the front axles I'm using high steer 0 ack knuckles and 850 vp hubs that won't tighten down all the way with out really binding up. If anyone has ran into this issue please give your 2 cents. thanks

thanks tony.

I've had my hands full the past couple of days. i was hoping to have this thing finished before the baby was born. guess you cant control when they decide to come "thumbsup""thumbsup" I've been working on a wider stance i will try to get some pics up in the next few days

Got the wideners on this thing looks way better just need to ad a kittle more length

Badass. I love how it turns out especially the wider stance now. Wonder how soon you will stuff the Wraith axles under the beast. I bet you will after running two battery packs.
