if they were smart, they should release damn quick top compete with the new axial and hpi rigs. it would open a whole new racing class...... again. ie, short course.

why would they make it nitro? at that size i don't know of a nitro motor that would make any where near the power that a similar scale brushless setup would.
I am told they are using the 3.3 out of the Revo. The power to weight ratio should be AWESOME!
They going to lay it on its side to keep an uber low cog?
The feeling i get from reading that statement = my excitement for traxxas new releases.

I heard that they have 7 new releases coming out in the coming months.

My guess would be 1/5 scale to compete with losi and hpi.. I see the hpi has the flux set-up for the baja comming out for 2012???
I don't know that I've ever seen Traxxas worry too much about competing with other mfg's, or at least not enough to make them release a new model to stay caught up.
