..so, I now know that the current traxxas XL-5 can only go as high as a 2S LiPo battery...what I don't know is that, what is the highest C rating I can buy using a 55T motor?.....on the other end of the spectrum, what is the lowest C rating that I can run safely?
..a section taken from the traxxas website for the XL-5 esc:
- peak current - forward - 100A
- peak current - reverse - 60A
- braking current - 60A
- continuous current - 14A
..within the same topic, what if I decide to run a lower turn 540 sized motor, going down to 45T, then to 27T, then all the way down to 15T, what is the highest C rating 2S LiPo battery can I use for each of those motors? And, what is the lowest C rating batteries can I use safely for those motors?
Thanks in advance.
