i,m looking at a 07 g6 with the 6 spd manual tran, my buddies car and it needs a home..any opinions/impressions.

I just put front struts, wheel bearings and a steering rack in my friends, but he drives it like he stole it.

Its a long-wheelbase Grand Am Walmart Parking Lot Lurker.

LOL. Actually, it is the Grand Am replacement built at the time when GM went batshit crazy on the name generator. Way to alienate your buyers, Pontiac. Oh wait, you're no longer around.....

Next up, the Chevrolet 180R/Chevelle/Code......stay tuned to the naming madness!

Holy chit! You're upgrading?!?!
well it was just a thought..it was available and an easy deal but i,m thinking i might pass..tired of driveing the dinosaur egg though:ror:..its cheap but not the sexiest car..lmao, kinda want something a little nicer

That a change from the old XJ........

Rob
oh man the poor xj has been in the back yard for over a year..fuel injection/vacuum problems..so many little things..have too much into it to toss it though, probably dig into it soon as it gets warmer

2006 G6 GTP coupe here. Cd changer dont work, vibration in front end, sway bushings toast, needs struts, lots of rattles, needs speakers replaced. But I really like it otherwise. I love the way it looks and drives. The steer shaft is a junk design and will need to be lubed all the time or it makes noise. Really unless it is a screaming deal and you have all the maintance records since new and can go over it with a very fine tooth comb, I would probably pass.

i'd say do it.
must be a bad ass ride...
