Me? If so, I run the GensAce 450mAh 3S or the CBP 600mAh 3S if I need a bit longer runtime.

i have the gens ace 450's but not sure i like them. i usually run the CBP 850's and i like those but they are a little to big. i put myself on the waiting list for the CBP 600's last night.

What dont you like about them? A local guy swares that they are a disposable battery. He runs them for a few months then tosses them. At that price, it is certainly easy to justify that! Hell, he uses an adapter on his truck so that he doesnt have to solder new connectors on them every time...:lol:

i don't think they have the c rating they say they do. i could be trippin, but every time i run one it seems different than the CBP 850's. i just dropped some coin on a 24 bateries from 4 or five different manufactures so i hope to find one i like.

Well, remember, if the C ratings of those two types of batteries, the CBP will ALWAYS put out more amps......any pack with higher mAh will. "thumbsup"

so maybe a 600-800 mah would soot me best.

Those 450mAh 25C GensAce packs can put out (450mAh x 25C) = 11250mAh = 11.25A.
The 850mAh 25C CBP packs can put out (850mAh x 25C) = 21250mAh = 21.25A

That's damn near double! :shock:

i only have 2 CBP 850's left and they have alot of use on them. i picked up somemore of them but i think he changed the size of them and they might not fit in my batterie location any more.:evil:
i also mant a battery that isn't so tall, thats why im trying smaller bats but i will have to get used to the less amp putout of them.

its a 1/16 in. quasi pattern, 36x6.

i made 2 more sets of wheels. this time i thought i would show how i did them.

first i cut the center out of a VP V4 wheel

i used a 2 5/8ths hole saw to get the OD.

then i used a 1/4 in. chamfer tool to center them on.

i used double stick tape to center them on a old wheel i had made a couple years ago. this was how i got my bolt patterns for the bead lock and offsets.

i used the wheel as a drill guide for the bolt patterns.

i use the V4's becouse they bend and its an easy way to get them back in operation.

i then had to drill out the holes on my medium offset to use as a spacer to get the proper offset i wanted.
