listing headlight bulbs and a nuvi gps as mods is a bit of a stretch.

It is under gadgets and random. People never read.

And considering the fact that the garmin has been wired directly into the vehicle (doesn't have the cord you have to plug into the lighter), and has been outfitted with a custom setting that shows terrain levels, and has been modified to accommodate a checkpoint route for overland travel, I would say that is a mod.

As far has the headlights, they are Silverstar Sylvania ZXE Xenon headlamp. They are filled with a xenon gas, and are the same HIDs only without having to deal with ballasts. It is a direct OEM replacement so I would consider that a modification

Multiple questions.

1. Is that CB hooked up to any antenna at all? I don't see one but it may just not be in the pictures.

2. Is it four wheel drive because I do not see the '4x4' badge in the rear quarter panel (unless the previous owner removed them) and do not see the transfer-case shifter in the photo.

3. Is it have any form of lift on it? It looks slightly bigger then a factory one but it may just be the way the photo was taken

4. That roof liner needs to go

5. I would paint where he took the cladding off in bed armor. Trust me, if you get near rocks you are going to want something other then bear metal down there

6. I don't see any tow points. Get yourself a good set of front and rear bumpers with built in d-rings

Here is a short video of my first wheeling rig.
'79 F250 cut and hacked
44' Bogger / Swampers

That rig is long gone...My new project is :

Here's the commanche

44 and a 3 link up front (chromoly shafts), a boat anchor (14 bolt) and leafs in the rear end
37" km2's
Hydro Ram assist
tera low 4:1 in the t-case

In the future it'll get its rear end shaved, cut 5-10 inches out of the wheelbase and rock a tubed flat bed, rcv's, possibly a winch...an atlas, coilovers, a 4-linking it would be nice aswelll in the future, but not planned

Some pics from moab afew months back...

I honestly don't know what you mean by that but I don't really care

You honestly aren't correct buddy. They have some Xenon in them, but not anywhere NEAR the same level of bulb and filament as a true HID. Basically you have the most expensive, shortest life, ricer fad installed.
