Romney , Ryan 2012 A+++++++

This is the way I see it. There are a finite number of votes. A certain percentage will go to Obama, a certain percentage to Romney. Any vote that goes against Romney is in essence a vote for Obama.

I'm not a Republican, I'm a Conservative. I would vote for the most Conservative candidate.

You are already assuming that Obama will win. Historically incumbents do pretty well in the elections, but not always.

There could be enough defensive voters to put a Libertarian in office if they'd vote for who they thought was best.

I swing conservative too, but I won't vote that way just because.

Lol at expecting an instant fix to problems that have been building for decades. Look a little farther ahead than 4 years yeah?

There ya go. If people start voting third party, they will eventually win. Or, the Big 2 will change their policies to attract more voters. Could be a win/win.

What you said about voting for a third party is as as assinie as voting for Obummer, Why can not you see that American citizens have the greatest power on this planet, to hold those accountable in power, trouble is, most have become mere sheep herded by those we have elected and not holding them to the fire.
Folks say, what can I do? We have to get out of our comfort zones and stand up to them, I did'nt vote for Obummer, I would have voted for a cow before I would have voted for that socialist, anti American bigoted racist in office now, him and all of his appointies.
Romney is not the perfect man, Obummer is the master deciever, those are the choices.
I'll go with what my gut tells me, and that will not be what we have now or some third party wanna be who is only on the ballet to upset the vote. They too are un-American.

Is any of what I said not the truth?

This is exactly my point and 100% on par with what I am trying to say:

Why can not you see that American citizens have the greatest power on this planet, to hold those accountable in power, trouble is, most have become mere sheep herded by those we have elected and not holding them to the fire. Folks say, what can I do? We have to get out of our comfort zones and stand up to them.

And then you ruin it by being the very thing you swear you are not:

I would have voted for a cow before I would have voted for that socialist, anti American bigoted racist in office now, him and all of his appointies.

And you didn't answer my question: was what I said about Romney wrong? Did he not have "Romney Care" and did he not shut down businesses here and ship jobs overseas?

My decision to vote for whom I have decided to vote for is settled, I merely started this thread to get an idea of the folks that are settled in with the socialist cloud that is shrouding the light of freedom.
We will see if there are enough nut sacks out there that will stand up and attempt to make a differance. We are on a losing path right now , not next year or next decade, now.

Yes Romney started a state run health care program that was voted in by the people of the state (not federal), and yes, Romney is a buisness man and did what any other buisness man would have done because our goverment has regulated our country's buisness' out of buisness.

Dude, come on. I think you've got your patriotic flag wrapped around your head a wee bit too tightly.

We've had nothing but Democratic and Republican reign in this country for a long time. Both sides have been fawking up and its getting worse. How is voting either side into office "holding their feet to the flame"? All you are doing is rewarding them for bad behavior. They WANT to be in office, they WANT to be in power. Take that shit away from them. Give it to someone else.

You CAN vote for someone else, and it will make a difference. Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome is madness, and is what a majority of the voters do every election year.

Romney is a buisness man and did what any other buisness man would have done because our goverment has regulated our country's buisness' out of buisness.

Bullshit. There are millions of businesses in this country that are doing just fine without feeling the need to outsource to other countries.

Lets see, hmm,,, lets sue states that want to enforce the laws on the books to get votes,
lets put voter registration card's in with welfare checks to get votes,
lets not prosicute those that have intimidated voters to get votes,
lets give out top secret information to make himself look good to get votes,
lets tell the Mexican goverment to inform it's citizens that if they come to America they will give you food stamps and assistance, to get votes,
lets give amnesty to anyone who can lie about how long they have been here illeagaly, to get votes
on and on and on
Yeah , I'm not voting for this criminal socialist dictator.

Oh yeah, I forgot about lets not arrest OWS protestor's to get there votes
lets try to get a movie finished in time with secret information in it to get votes.

Yeah, your right, people are struggling to keep there doors open while major industries like oil, gas, coal etc. are being regultaed out of buisness causing us to be ever more dependant on foriegn enemy's sources of fuels. Hell yeah, why not fund terrorist's with our cash we have to spend in the mid east to get our fuel supply, so what if that means that American's will die, at least we are'nt digging up lawns or cutting down trees to make us independent.
Yeah, bullshit is right.

Holy crap, Paul Ryan is the scariest crazy in Washington. If Romney wins I sure as heck hope he remains healthy!

Yup, it sounds like you're voting for every president that I can remember.

Yeah, bullshit is right.

People are struggling to keep their doors open because the economy is still weak, and they aren't getting subsidies and tax breaks like the big corporations are.

Yet they are still here employing Americans while the corporations jump ship in search of cheaper labor and higher profits while using our tax dollars to fund the move.

Also, we get very little oil from overseas. Most of what we import comes from Canada. Last I checked they weren't terrorists or our enemies.

How many people in the U.S. hate the two presidential candidates but wont "throw away" a vote for a 3rd party candidate, i would guess probably enough to get a third party candidate voted in.

The ultimate problem with the U.S. is that people want to sit on their asses and let someone else fix the problems but when you have so few people actually willing to do something as simple and easy as voting you just end up with "wonderful" politicians that we have elected. As sad as it sounds i actually think it might be good to have tax voucher system where if you vote you get like 3-4% less taxes taken out by the gov.

So you want to stand up to them by voting for them?

This is what I am saying. "thumbsup"

Sorry you feel the way you do chris, and sorry we can't agree on anything.
I'm willing to vote for a change and I intend to let it be known if who I help get elected in will have to answer for any backsliding they may do from there promises and I intend to voice my opinion to anyone who does anything to further damage our country.
I trust no man, I can only hope for a change in direction from where we are now.
Lots of damage has been done for many years, but people would rather watch survivor or big brother or the emmy's insted of watching what matters, our leaders missteps.
one thing I'll give the far left, they are ahead of the majority of the country. It only takes some signatures to have a recall or an impeachment, so why can't we Americans take our heads out of our ass' and make our goverment govern.
We the people have elected officials who are put in power under the constitution, by God we the people have the right, thru the constitution to get rid of there ass' just as well.

We're all snowflakes....:ror:

I don't hold your opinions against you as I hope you would do the same for me. "thumbsup"

You're not voting for change, you're voting to put the other guys back in the big chair. Again.

And what will you do to tell them they've done a poor job? Vote GOP again?
