Ok guys. I had a dream the other night and I realized that if I beleive in somethin I should do whatever is in my power to help make it possible. I've had an idea that I think makes alot of sence and could raise a pretty good amount of money. Everyone knows of those little rubber bracelets you can buy. I've done some research and you can get a large amount for relatively cheap. I plan on buying a large amount, having "lagalize marijuana" printed on them and distributing them around my local area for somewhere around $2-5 each. Wal-Mart's, and that sort of place. If I can get into contact with a higher level supporter. Maybe some sort of politician or some sort of higher level marijuana support group then all of the money raised will go to the cause. Some of you may just think I'm doing this to see marijuana legalized for my personal use and for that of others. While that may be true, I also support it especially for medicinal use as well as for scienctific studies. The vast uses for marijuana is outstanding. One simple example is an alternative fuel to oil found in hemp (the stem of the marijuana plant). This thread is not to share my plans with you. Instead it will be a poll to see what percentage out of a general population supports medical marijuana. Please don't just read this without voting. Thank you.

Well id like to se that go out as far aus as well. I broke my kneck when i was younger and found it works better as a pain killer ( as it a good blocker of pain reptors) it also carries supressing properties as well. ( migrains, head pain and fever, can be supressed)

I will say that chemicaly grown is out of the qeustion. As the chemicals in hydro have been traced to leading causes of phsycotic episodes to paranioa. ( sorry if my spelling is shit.)
If it was even distributed by government, grown organicly, and was used in the write ways. It would change the lives of many.

A quick google search of "rubber marijuana bracelet" shows there are already a handful of different styles produced .

I am a smoker myself but would never buy a bracelet from some random guy in the parking lot of whatever store I just left.

This is probably your best bet, NORMAL "National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws", "Coalition for Cannabis Policy Reform" and LEAP "Law Enforcement Against Prohibition" may be a good starting point.

Hemp is not the stem of the marijuana plant. It is a whole plant. Hemp is a cannabis Sativa, witch has a THC content much lower than in Indica but grow larger ( creates more biomass) and has a better fiber to harvest. Industrial hemp like your talking about does not contain enough THC to give any effects of being high, you would prob just get a headache. Cannabis Indica usualy has a higher THC content than a Sativa and is a smaller plant overall.

It would be nice if they would decriminalize it as well. Stop filling up jails with non violent offenders and wasting tax money on a failing drug war just to up departments budgets for new toys and creating a pseudo police state.

Well that is a possibility. If the people I contacted would not take the money for whatever reason even though I'm sure they would then yes I would most likely spend it on buds.

Replying to what you said about buying from a guy in a parking lot. I agree I wouldn't either but there are many people who would. I was thinking it would be like those guys you see during the holidays up at Walmart asking for change for charity. I bet I could sell at least 90% of what I bought. Say I bought 200
