How did the card game turn out? Or did everyone go to Rainbow? I was just curious.

Hey snicklefritz, I started a build thread on your light bar in the 1.9 section

I ordered a replacement chassis so I'm gonna keep it 10th scale for now. It was either that or buy the 8th body and modify the busted chassis. I took it out this morning with the 2.2 ripsaws and the Minor Jeep body, thing worked pretty damn well in the sand just like that. It actually stayed upright better than with the paddles and baja body. The south track is put back together now, no sign of Bigfoot today. Looks like he's been making his bed in the "bowl".

Installed Pro-Line Trenchers on mine, What a differance, Actually driveable in dirt now. Doesnt just spin around in circles. Fixing the locked up rf wheel may have had something to do with that too.

Yes I am. Tonight was the KC Highlights Midnight Special in Lucerne Valley. Pretty cool track as it combined 2 separate tracks together

But like I said, I forgot my camera's battery, so couldn't shoot at all

After 5yrs, I'm in the red by $150, lol. I've gone about 4 races where I had no sales. I have a full time job, so that's my hobby "extra money" job

Not a real big group this time. Did have fun, I didn't realize at the time but I think Jacksonrally was out earlier than we were, they were leaving as we were showing up. I heard GK1 was there too.

I can assume that the strangers hanging out at the back of the green truck was the night crew??? I didnt see any crawlers out when we loaded up so I didnt go over to say hi. I think one of you had a backpack on so it must have been the night crew. O well, next time. Sounds like you all had a successful crawl. I showed my brother the trail and he loved it. He is hooked now. Hopefully we can come out a little more now as the race season slows.

Cool video from "Headquake" the styrene guru. He does great work, one of the things that stands out to me is the Pit Bulls look like they're stuffed perfectly.

Anyway, so thought I grabbed about 300# of rock. Ended up being 709#, haha. Had rock lying around from a trip years ago so have a total of 893# of rock to crawl on 8)

He does the whole aging and weathering thing on his rigs, I think it's cool. But It would also look good all bright & new like the 1:1 he was copying. Never knew those things existed till this thread.
