I like the edibles more then smoking, lungs are already wrecked from cigarettes..Lol but I use a 90% setiva dominate oil, about 5 drops under the tongue and 15 minutes my pain is gone.

Edibles are nice, I haven't tryed any oil orally but I have used tinctures before and that was interesting. I quit cigs a year ish ago cold turky, it's was hard but they are aweful for you. Quit if you can , good luck man !

Tinctures is alcohol based and oil Well oil based...Lol I've found the oils last longer and don't give me couch lock. I've given up on trying to quit.

Its never to late to try man and after a few weeks it's like before you ever started smoking. Food tastes better, your clothes smell better, you have more cash in your pocket and less trash in your truck. I used cinnamon toothpicks for a few weeks to help me get started. You can do it, it's all in your head !

Actually some of lifes circumstances will get the better of us. And If I was honesty told tomorrow If I quit smoking I'll live a long and prosperous life then Yea I would quit.
I buy Setiva-butter and we cook everything from cookies, brownies to hamburger helper. Basically anything that requires butter. Only down side my wife has to cook twice..

Hemp won't have much thc to start with, def not enough to get high from, hemp seeds have no thc.
