I had not. I'll look for it tomorrow maybeArmistice,
Have you taken a look at any suspension set up sheets, I know Losi has one, I am not sure about the others. I hope this helps.
Sidewinder...there was a build in another forum (scale builders guild). Someone built a 1.9 wraith and used a blazer body to make an off road police mobile. They did shorten the wheelbase, but there was interferance with the frame and the front tires when they turn. I guess it would depend on how you want it to look and whether looks will outweigh performance. You can build anything you want and it only has to make you happy.
The 1.9 Wraith....Thanks for the info, i will attempt to look it up.
Well long story short, i got my hands on a Ridgecrest chassis+rollcage+AX10 tranny, but instead of looking for a wraith axles (which has been hard to do due to the popularity), i wanted to try a SCX10 axle and 1.9 tires. Its not a high dollar luxury build but rather trying to piece together whatever i can find in my parts bin.
i'm so jealous of you guys out in Temecula, got so much natural terrain to crawl and have fun and not have to drive very far..
thanks for the help.
Thats odd, My settings say I can accept PMs But not e-mails.:roll:sorry to kind of hijack the thread, i just have a quick question for Capt. NEMO on his 1.9 Wraith (He's not accepting PMs)
i'm thinking of doing a 1.9 Ridgecrest with SCX10 axles, just wondering if the wheelbase was shortened on the 1.9 Wraith and by how much?
sorry for the intrusion and thanks in advance guys
Not sure if I can make Stturday Night, Got Company Picnic that day and want to go to Antique Drags at Barona Sunday.Just got done with some chores and sittin down to see what's going on here on the forum. Glad to see some action. Speaking of action, is there going to be any this weekend?
Always Toe-In, 1-2degrees, But the adjustment for a slow crawler aint that particular. but never Toe-OUT!

Might make it out saturday evening. Dont have any lights but I'll zip tie the flash light on again.
The 1.9 Wraith....
County Mounty on Scale Builders Guild is at 11.5"
Mine is at 12.5"
Stock is 13.5"
You wont have any probs with chassis clearance on the Ridgecrest frame."thumbsup"
