Does anyone have any idea how hot/temperature wise does the single LED lights get? I had a zip tie on the back of the lights when I was running it in my yard, I noticed some smoke coming from the back lights. So I called it quits on running the Losi Mini Night Crawler and took inside and removed the cable ties and tightened the screws down that was used to adjust the angle of the lights. Any information would be a big help. Thanks in advance.

Usually if you have too much power going to them they burn out. check this thread for LED light set ups. There's a lot of good info but the LED stuff is at the bottom of the page."thumbsup"

It looks like I may be wrong on them burning out, at least quickly.

Thank you RC-Hopper, Cpt Nemo and Rockin Wraith for the information. My battery is 7.2V Ni-mh and it's tied into the ESC, and the plug for the lights is plugged into the ESC. The only thing I can think of is the cable ties that secured the light to the frame started to get hot. I will test it in the morning and I will let everyone how it turned out. Again thanks
