I read a post on another forum a while back about guys trying to sue Ford due to the frames bending and breaking behind the cab. It seems they took the commercials literally and went out jumping and hauling a** through the desert. Last I heard Ford was pretty much telling them to "pound sand".

I thought I had seen some guys try crazy stuff, but that was just dangerous. It's a good thing it flew level, or they would be taking two bodies to the morgue.
My buddy and I watched a guy do a jump just like that with an S-10 ZR2 at the dunes in Silver Lake. Only thing the truck didn't fly level and took a nose dive.
The impact was so violent the drivers head was crushed and the female passenger had to be cut from the truck. We heard she survived but she'll never be the same again..

Someone should tell these guys that Proline makes the Ford Raptor body. Slap it on a Slash 4x4 and jump all you want. Lot easier on the pocketbook and body.
