Hey Dawg, Do your new Gear Head wheels have changeable hubs for back spacing? Thinking about getting a set of those.

The hubs are a seperate bolt-on peice, but I don't know if Gearhead makes different offsets for them. It would be nice if VP hubs had the same bolt pattern.

Nice pics, Bigred "thumbsup".

Still unsure if I want to use my tax return to buy a trail finder 2 or axail jeep kit. I know i would have to wait to get the jeep kit as there not in stock on tower right now.

They should have in stock by next week from what I hear but im sure there sold out on first stock already lol

Anything Axial-made will be more durable and capable than the TF-2. The Trail Finder is a nice "scale" handling truck though, and the 2 speed is slick. It just doesn't have the flex of the SCX-10 which makes it more of a challenge to drive in extreme terrain. Just my 2 cents.

the more I really think about it, why not just change the stupid servo mount on my wraith and stick with that for a while to see how much I actually use it. I have done a few things to it and why spend alot of money one another rig that might just sit there.

Here's a few of the vintage DF-300. Velineon 3500/3S.

Well I was messing around with the old Hummer body that Troy gave me a while back. It was kind of cut up but I think I can make something out of it.

This is what I've done so far. I'm gonna try and make it into a pick up.

Nice to see some wheelin' pics of that beast "thumbsup". I like it just the way it is, but that's just me. I have the Gearhead Trail Torch which is made of Delrin and prolly the cheapest of the 3. None of them are really built for abuse though. Axial makes an EXO/universal 5 bucket light bar that might clamp right to that cage. I have one for my Dingo, mounts right up (no leds included though).

I was impressed with the ability it has for small tires and low clearance. Flexes well but might put softer springs in rear since almost no weight back there anymore. Had one of the mirrors get ripped off when rolled over but I think I got here fixed little bigger screw in there to hold it down now. But I haven't touched the wraith since I got it lol

Wait till you get her on the trails, you'll love it! Super and I push our rigs to the limit, get into very technical crawling and just plain trail ride and tromp on 'em. It's really a blast to scratch and claw your way up a line, hanging by a lug "thumbsup". Did you add weight to the wheels? It makes a huge difference in how the suspension works and how the tires grip.

No didn't put weight in wheels yet just moved battery forward and made it a 4 link in front.
