Which Parts for Better Steering?

How did you bend aluminum link?

I put high steer axial knuckles and tie rod too short now and needs to be bended.
Also please measure hole to hole distance so people will now link length to order parts for new tie rod.

I am just going to make a new tie rod out of all thread, brake line and the revo ends, and bend it with a tubing bender. It just doesn't look quite right at the moment. I will measure the hole to hole distance when I get it setup.

IDK, I've always used threaded rod with aluminum or stainless steel tubing and Traxxas Revo rod ends.

Have you tryed alum tube thats already the right size for the 8/32 set screws. It works great, no drilling at all and you don't have to use all thread.

Center of knuckle hole to center to knuckle hole is 5.575 on my rig.

I ended up bending the stock link and adding a couple of spacers to add length. Everything looks good now.
