For-bid powder. Sprinkle on cat food, makes cats poo taste bad to the dog. Just get a packet or 2 to start with though, cats are picky about their food and may not eat with the powder on the food, or the dog may not care and still eat the turds anyway. But if it works it'll break the habit and you can eventually stop using it.

Most dogs love cat poopsies but they won't eat their own poopsies. It must taste magically delicious to them.
Do you think the dog will jump on the counter to eat the poopsies? I know you've trained your cats to stay off the counter, but this could help if your dog stays away from them. Or it could make your dog jump on the counter. Who knows until you try?
