I stumbled on these wheels. Finally decided to quit waiting for Robby Gordon's to be in stock.

This wheel looks baddass but the I'm not finding any trail reviews on them.

Think I'll get locked up RC's wheels and since I'm a tight ass I'll pull the rings off my axial wheels and run them on the locked up wheels until I can afford rings and hardware.

I ended up pulling the trigger on some the locked up wheels rings and hardware. I did not get scale hubs yet because I'm in decided there. I also made sure not to be strapped to VP hubs so these wheels have 12mm hexes machined into them.

Will post photos later probly after Christmas.

For some reason these wheels don't seem as popular as the VP stuff (VP=yuk)

VP's slw design helps with the popularity. Adjustability is huge, and when you got tons of rigs it's nice to change stuff up. Haters gonna hate, I just think it's funny they hate cause they can't afford. Hell, rc's is like 5th or 6th on my hobby list and they still get the rediculous high dollar stuff, guess I'm doing something right so thanks for the esteem boost.

Wheels look good though, the rings really make it. For custom buggies( and wraith) I wish there was a larger diameter scale hub. Would set off the larger tires/wheels in 2.2. nice purchase for sure

You can get these wheels set up for the Slw hubs so the choice is to go with VP or without.

I decided to keep it simple and have less bolts in the equation. I'm not necessarily a hater but have not yet found a VP part u couldn't live without. Maybe the 3d did cover.

If you do a search on RC4WD by manufacturer you will find everything of ours they carry.

They have it listed incorrectly as just "Locked Up" but:

Ohhh well that is good to know. I figured the hardware on the ones on rc4wd site would have lower quality hardware.

I'd also like to point out your being awesome and getting my order all figured out . I realy fubared the order and was amazed that I was getting emails at 8 last night from locked up Rc.

Read the lockedup Rc story before buying from them.

Kinda all started with a guy making bead lock rings out of oversize washers. And evolved from there. awesome is all I have to say
