Been going on for along time. There have been enough incidents like this where certian govt agencies are clearly in cooperation with some of the cartels, the war on drugs is a sham..its a war on people and a GIANT revenue earner..what a joke

Here in oreganastan the state has been raking in tax revenue on the sale of marijuana from dispensaries that are currently illegal by our own state law.
They turn the blind eye if they get paid.

It is nothing new.
