BorderLine Crawlers Presents Horsemen's Hustle
Saturday, December 13, 2014
Horsemen's Center Park, Apple Valley, CA

Thanks Bryce

We'll be using the northern or "main" parking lot and comp spot within the park. Follow the squiggly blue line.

Itinerary

Course Building: 7AM
Drivers Meeting/Tech In: 9AM
Pro Courses Open: 9:30AM
Sporty/RWB Courses Open: ~1PM
Comp location has a Porta Pooper

Finally, we're back at Horsemen's for some seriously awesome crawling!!! We'll be in Jake and DWray's back yard so expect them to defend their house. Hopefully some of our NorCal crawling comrades can make it."thumbsup"

If you are in or near Southern California on 12/13/14 and you like to RC crawl, you don't want to miss this. Come out and enjoy the day crawling with some of the best drivers in the world in arguably one of the best comp crawling locations anywhere. The competition is free. We will offer five Pro courses with Bonus Gates, five Sportsman courses (first 8 gates of the Pro courses) and three "Run Watcha Brung" (RWB) courses consisting of 12 gates with some surprises thrown in. We will have knowledgeable staff on site in case you have any problems with a rig.

Please post up with your name (and a pic of your rig if you like) and classes you plan on driving. Feel free to post up here if you have any questions or you can contact any member of BLC directly if you prefer.

Come on out and enjoy a beautiful fall day in the desert. We look forward to seeing you there. Way cool club T-shirts with the logo above will be available for purchase. We'll have several folks from the SD area driving up so carpools should be available.

We hope you can make it and look forward to seeing you there.

BLC

"Run Whatcha Brung" "thumbsup"

Do you have a clear break down on each of these classes and rules?

2.2 Pro and 2.2 S run the USRCCA rules that can be found here.
http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/usrcca-rules/420729-2013-rules.html

We generally try to stick to rules, but since its a club comp we can make exceptions. If a truck is out of spec, it can always run in the RWB (run what you brung) class.

At our first few comps the RWB class has just turned into a trail run. If we have enough drivers we'll build some extended trail/rwb courses. I would love to see more U4 rigs show up so we can build some courses with big climbs and ledges and throw down against the stopwatch (Backdoor challenge anyone??)

At any rate, its hard to beat an afternoon of crawling at Horsemen's in the fall/winter. Its one of the best sites in the desert and only a few minutes out of town.

Rain's gonna clean our rocks like a boss. Cool air temps with warm sun and spots of clouds will make it one of those "damn it's nice out here" days.

Gonna be fun. Thanks for signing up gents. Looking forward to seeing you all there.

There may be a Vanilla Gorilla sighting...
