Axial rr10

I can see the kit versions already: HD gears, front universals, aluminum lower links and trailing arm plates, swaybars, and maybe new tires. Throw the 2 speed in the box and sell it for the same price as the RTR.
Ohh, yeah.. That'll be nice. But hìghly unlikely  . Sways and lower-arm plates at best, is my guess.

The Wraith kits always came with universals, I would expect an RR10 Kit to come in comparably equipped & priced at or near that of a Wraith kit.

I just sold my yeti yesterday. I mainly bash about in my backyard, which isn't that big. I spent a lot of time making 3 point turns with my yeti.MyTwin Hammers is just way more nimble. If I had the space I'd own RR10 in a heart beat. Now I'm thinking I may do a SCX10 based Wraith combo. I really can't wait to see what the board members and venders do with this rig.

Space is certainly is a part of the equation for me as well. I also have quick access to terrain that is challenging for the smaller size chassis/wheel base. That said while i am not a fan of my Yeti, I do enjoy my Wraith . My kids are stoked over the Yeti however, and so it gets put through its paces hard enough that i am replacing broken parts.

This Bomber is the coolest looking RC that I have seen hit the ground.

Perhaps it is time to get serious and start brazing exo cages...

The look of this thing is just incredible. I agree that it's one of the coolest looking RCs to be released in a long time. The actual photos look so much better than the Tower Hobbies catalog teaser picture that we first saw.

I'd also like to convert my Wraith to an RR10 because I have always hated my Wraith. It's honestly been on the trails twice and that's it. I don't think it's something I'll actually do though.

The shocks in this kit look awesome, but I don't like that the caps and bottoms look to be plastic. It really drives me nuts how Axial refuses to use aluminum in places where it should be used. We all know how "well" their plastic links hold up. Hopefully the shock parts are another thing that will be addressed in the kit, but I think we'll have to rely on STRC here.

I wonder if the wraith front sway bar will work on the rear of this or even a yeti sway bar? I won't even drive it without a sway bar with rear trailing arms because of the massive torque twist.

They have a sway bar set specific to the RR10.

I'm stoked. Just pre-ordered. I'm also in the middle of buying a house, so I think I'll keep this one a secret. I'll have my story ready by the time it gets off the boat.

Ok, I told Santa ( my wife ) about this great new kick but Bomber car that Axial is coming out with........ To my surprise I was pleased to hear an " oh way cool I was wondering what to get you " gotta love a gal like that. Lucky me.

It was very apparent in the video that it needs one. Hopefully they nailed the weight bias and it won't need a front bar because it doesn't look like there are any provisions for one.

here another thing that i don't think was mention./But they included the rear out put housing so if you wanted and i say if you wanted to covert it into a 6x6 .......

Included with the kit but not installed, the AR60 rear output differential cover enables the opportunity to build multi-axle vehicles without costly modifications.

If you've already got a Yeti, Wraith or AX10 with AR60 axles, you can purchase this optional RR10 AR60 Axle Component Set separately: AX31317 which includes link mounts for optional shocks to be installed up front, and mounts for an optional rear sway bar.

Now wonder how long it would take to get shit on for mention this...oh well.
thanks Axial for giving us that option keep up the great work..

Edit:So since they made this an option now it will be easy to convert into a 6x6 and that my next project....

I noticed this. A very cool touch. That will be one massive 6x6!

I am excited to see what people do with this rig. I know a lot won't look stock.
