Axial rr10

Well so far I have ordered up the Holmes Hobbies trailmaster esc and a puller pro 3500kv, hitec 7950 for electronics. Ordered the 2 speed gears for tranny and the sway bar.
Currie rock jock axle for front with the vanquish xvd's, and currie rock jock centered for the rear, all hd axial gears.
Need to order some spools and drive shafts.
Looks like torque twist is gonna need worked out of this rig.

Oh and hopefully the wife has me one ordered for x mas like I asked or my wraith with be getting a makeover....

Does anyone know if the anti sway bar from the yeti will fit the RR10? I'd like to order Vanquish's Currie Anti rock version for this since it really seems to need one. Dlux fab also has a nice one for the yeti that would look great on this.

I think it would fit. The RR10 rear end is almost identical to the yeti.

You guys think a Tekin Gen2 Sensored 13.5T motor and Hobbywing Xerun 120amp esc would work good in this rig?

No reason it shouldn't, the 1st gen 13.5 redline in my Wraith works fine, Tekin says its around 3500kv so should go pretty hard.
It's not going to be the first choice of most to purchase new.
The Redline is only a 2 pole motor though & the 4 pole of the Pro4 or ROC412 or HH Puller definitely have more grunt.

Here is some Yeti rear end comparisons.

Do any of you lucky Bomber owners think the rear driveshaft will have any clearance issues with a centered rear axle?

Cool thanks. Yeah I have that combo just layin around so it would serve as a quick upgrade to make it super fun. I would eventually want to add some more grunt power though.

It looks like there will be clearance issues to me. Of course, I'm no expert. I have the rear suspension fully compressed in the picture.

Fingers are crossed a centered rear axle will be fine. Using a MIP Yeti driveshaft will hopefully help because of the skinnier shaft diameter.

Got mine today ran it on 3s 50c 5000mah very tight fit with the battery going to do a little dremel modifications and it should fit fine . Speed was fair for 35T Torque twist and the sticky tires can cause flips on high grip surfaces .
Definitely installing my Tekin RX8 GEN2 & PRO4HD with the 2 speed should open up my top speed some . All in all this was TOTALLY WORTH IT this rig should bring in a new group of drivers . KOH 2016 will definitely be week long test for this rig im sure I will not be the only one out on the Hammer Trails with one .

Anyone else thinking that twin hammers trailing arms and wraith upper links would work to shorten up the wheelbase?

I did the Twin Hammer lower trailing arms and Wraith uppers on one of my old Yetis it works great with a Short course body wheelbase .

In this pic it looks like the drive shaft will have to angle closer to the center of the vehicle to run a centered rear. I am concerned about this issue too, running the same setup as you billinvic, ssd front and rear. I waited and may just buy a cage and use my rc4wd 2 speed tranny sort of like the dmg is doing in the conversion thread.

Almost forgot, I don't care about everyone's shipping wowes, geez

Brandon said earlier that the sway bar is the same, the links to the axle are different.

Seems like all the aftermarket kits give you bulk parts to make your own links. Should work fine.
