I grew up on STP but I've long since come to grips with Weiland death since his career has been dead for a number of years. :lol: Nothing to see here people, move along its just another dead junkie.

I'm kinda surprised he lived this long, and in reality, didn't join the Forever 27 Club back in the 90's. I'm going to sound like an azzh0le here, but it's kinda like Charlie Sheen, sad and a tragity.....but not really a surprise all the same.

When Randy Rhoades dies I was bummed. When Cliff Burton died I was bummed. When Scott Weiland died I was like, " I thought he was already dead?". Nope, that was the Alice in Chains guy.

I liked some STP stuff, it was okay, some I couldn't stand. A lot of it was on the radio and a roommate loved it, so it was definitely in my life. But, oh well. God Speed Scott.

Man have you seen a recent pic of him..looked rough, he claimed he has been clean for 13 yrs..who knows but I kinda doubt it.
