We beefed up the hex on these wheels to help prevent cracking.

Some of the beadlocks look way too narrow and some look ok, what widths and are you measuring from inside to inside beadlock rings?

The wide appear to be 2.2, the narrow are most likely 1.9.

Update on my wheels. I bought them Nov. 2017. Two of them now have cracks on a few of the spokes. They were run on my scx10 ii with PB Rock Beast 1.9s. Sorry for the humongous pictures, I will resize them in the morning.

Those are my thoughts as well. I'm not sure if I got an earlier set with "weaker" hexes since the posting above says "We beefed up the hex on these wheels to help prevent cracking".

Kind of a bummer though since I even bought an extra set of chrome beadlock rings to match the chrome wheels since they (chrome) only came with gun metal rings.
