Just finished up a power train swap a couple months ago. Of course its s detroit  just went from a DDEC2 430 horse backed by an OD 9 speed to a DDEC3 510 horse backed by a double OD 13 low. She's no mountain climber like our Petes with big cats but I beat them every time since I carry 300 gallons of fuel so I do not stop.

the series 60 is why our dd15 and 16 sales went down. cause the series 60 cant be stopped.... and so Detroit diesel of course lays off half the plant till our medium duty engine comes out stateside in 2 yrs. but.. the prototype lab never gets laid off. so lucky me I guess.

The old engine had 1.3 on it and still ran ok but was getting weak and oil analysis started showing bearing material.

This engine came out of a '97 t2000 that was t boned a few years ago. New larger turbo, high flow air to air cooler and a coat of old 2 stroke detroit blue so the 10k mile rebuild acts actually looks the part.

Up next is an 8" long resonator and 7" stainless flat cut stacks with rain flappers, projector headlights, les cab & corner lights and a new uhmw faced cushion 5th wheel plate.

We build our trucks rather than buying new junk. This truck used to have a sleeper. We found a kit to convert it to a day cab and here we are. New everything pretty much. Drums, shoes, adjusters, shocks, all bushings, tires & wheels, exhaust, paint, bumper blah blah.

Is that the best you got?

Cause that is either jealousy or weak.

F***ing not being able to beat Valentino Rossi on that stupid moto gp game, you know the one Valentino Rossi: The Game. I mean honestly I was first most of the damn race, I quit till my thumbs aren't tired.
