Do you believe in God,Heaven or Hell?

:ror:

If you had read and answered the question, its purpose would have become apparent.

It depends on whether you are here to listen and discuss, or to blindly preach.

:ror:
I have never been religious, but I gather that one's theology is very much like a house of cards, and must be kept safely tucked away lest a small gust of reason knock it down.

;-)
"Decline" implies intent. Belief is not a conscious choice.

I never ask for proof; I do ask for something, anything, something small but testable, to demonstrate that this talk of gods is anything other than talk of the imaginary.

Your mind is closed tight. Got it."thumbsup"

No need to boast about having an imaginary friend, but it does beg the question:

;-)
Why would you expect others to believe when they don't have the evidence that you do?

Does your conviction blind you to this dilemma?

Just like the Koran was written by humans and so on. And if Jesus is a prophet of allah, why were there so many holy wars between the Christians/Jews in the Middle East?

From what I have gathered about your beliefs so far, it certainly looks like most of science would need to be wildly inaccurate in order to accommodate them.

Did someone in your past promise you that science should be straightforward and easy to understand? They were wrong.

That does not sound at all familiar.

In a scientific context, your questions are incoherent.

That was an example. That is just how ridiculous it sounds.

As you failed to even present it, that'll be a 'no'.

Here’s the deal. I was at a crappy school being taught about this evolution/Big Bang bs, and then I found God, and began to realize what was wrong in my life all along, listening to heavily biased people’s propaganda. Oh and also if I’m so uneducated in your beliefs, yes beliefs, what about your education in my beliefs? I thought not.

So you left one institution of heavily biased propaganda for another? :ror:

The beauty of science is that you can challenge and change it as long as you present an argument with a testable and provable basis. You cannot do that with religion.

Oh and also if I’m so uneducated in your beliefs, yes beliefs, what about your education in my beliefs? I thought not.

Bah, we're all "living" in the Matrix and none of this is real.

Last Thursdayism is the idea that the universe was created last Thursday, but with the physical appearance of being billions of years old. It's also a counter to creationism. Under Last Thursdayism, books, fossils, light already on the way from distant stars, and literally everything (including your memories of the time before last Thursday) were all formed at the time of creation (last Thursday) in a state such that they appear much older.

Next Tuesdayism is the idea that the universe will be created next week, and what we appear to be experiencing at this moment are actually false memories that will be implanted next week at the time of creation. 8)

Are you proposing that science not be taught in school? Or that you simply found the subject too difficult?

Are you actually trying to tell me how I think and what I believe?

Your mind-reading apparatus is definitely out of adjustment.

With cafeteria-type religions, one can never be sure of the beliefs of a given religionist.

There is Francis Collins, an American physician-geneticist noted for his discoveries of disease genes and his leadership of the Human Genome Project. He is director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland, United States. He is an evangelical Christian and fully accepts modern evolutionary biology and modern cosmology.

Some pages back I made a comment about a magic character that poofed the universe, people and animals into existence, and later, in a manner contrary to the modern understanding of genetics, populated the planet with a tiny group of individuals and animals that survived a global flood in an unbuildable boat, an unevidenced flood that killed the dinosaurs in a manner that only *appears* to be 65 million years ago, because the Earth is really only somehow 6000 years old to be completely absurd and unbelievable.

In your response you did not mention that anything here was amiss.

And I have made several comments on some of the tenets of Christianity, and shown how they are morally bankrupt, and you have not yet stepped up to show me wrong.

I'm desperately trying to find faith-based, objective proof of God, or at least a method to work out said objective truth.

So far they start out pretty solid explaining fallacies and circular reasoning, and why/how they should be avoided, then dive head first into fallacies/circular reasoning to flesh out their objective truth.

I'll wait while you read through all of those articles, and if you do find any testable evidence there, you can post it here.
Your laziness is going to land you in hell. "The soul of the sluggard craves and gets nothing" (Proverbs 13:4a). "He also who is slack in his work Is brother to him who destroys" (Proverbs 18:9). "[Make] the most of your time, because the days are evil" (Ephesians 5:16).
