I was wondering who all has ran a mog body, does the tamiya one intended for a cr01 work? The lexan one, I'm too cheap and hard on stuff to get a hard body😀

I haven't but would without question if anyone made an appropriate Width and WB one. The Tamiya is too short WB and I don't think it is wide enough.

I can't believe it hasn't been done yet?? How much too small is the Tamiya body? Would it be feasible to shorten the wheelbase and run some little 1.55 tires to make it look scale?🤔

I found the specs for the Tamiya body, 386 mm long & 195 mm wide. Seems like that would be about right. No rear wheelwells so wheelbase could be made to work easily couldn't it?🤔

The Width is doable at 195mm for sure. The problem is the WB. If you go from say a Bronco WB of 12.25" to a Mog of 10.25" / 260mm the 2" doesn't seem like much. Usually the front isn't touched due to the CMS etc. so, your taking 2" out of the rear and my guess your suspension geometry and driveline would be all kinds of fawked. I'd like to see it though as it would be very cool looking.
