Nice Random Generated California License Plate

Saw this a few days ago and was pretty sure it was randomly generated by the DMV. Follows the pattern I keep seeing NumberLetterLetterLetterNumberNumberNumber

Saw this one today and pretty much confirms the first plate was at random.
