Sweet Bronco! Nice upgrades!

I'm curious to know too how the motor is working out!

Nice work. I'm wondering on the motor too. That's the last motor I would have expected , didn't even think that company would still be around. Long story but basically I brought them into the US back when they were first getting going. Made good stuff.

Thanks fellas!
The xtreme motor is a beast probably the best 180 size brushed motor ever made imo. The low end torque is there and the wheel speed is nuts. With the low range gear set it’s faster than the stock trail gears and motor but with twice the low end control.
I have had several different micro builds with them going back to the old losi micro days.
Problem is the esc shuts down every once in a while when I go full throttle for about two seconds then comes back on line.
I’m going to be swapping esc’s today and the problem should go away.

Another downside is they have been discontinued for quite some time now but I still have a few stashed away from back in the day.

A good looking Bronco for sure. Those tires look killer and the painted diff covers and knuckles are a real nice touch! "thumbsup"

Nice combo for sure. Trick underneath and deluxe stock looking exterior.
You are answering a lot of our curiosities on the crawl gears and bumped up motor.
Low end grunt but still attaining wheel speed is good. The stock motor/stock gears stall out easily with 58+ mm tires.

Thanks fellas I had forgotten about this post. A lot has changed in the last couple of months.
This bronco is getting converted over to a k10. So I had to build up another bronco this time keeping the stock electronics with the exception of the 66t Holmes motor.
Also picked up a defender that is getting a khan wide body kit from club5 stock electronics with you guessed it another 66t Holmes.
Number 4 is a meus ripper chassis with all the goods.

Injora axles, shocks and brass goods. furitek lizard pro and micro komodo. It’s a blast!

Yes, the transmission crawl gears are a must but then it get's a lack of wheelspeed therefore I've also bought the HH 66T motor.

Wows, that Toyota FJ pickup in the background, very nice!

That 3d printed Bronco bumper should be rounded to follow the front contour, wish somebody made/printed a nice looking high clearance one with good print quality. :)

Picked up the k10 a few days ago and decided I need another mud truck for the upcoming rainy season.
Specs:
Extreme pro 180 motor stock trans gears
Hobbywing 1080
68mm djcrawler meats on some hardpark rims
Rampcrab +5 widening kit (nice kit especially for the price)
De chromed and removed all the decals re sprayed gloss white

Nice builds my brother, glad to see that you're still at it. I'm waiting on parts for a few mini builds as well. I love what you did with the K10, that stance is mean.

My man, how ya been?
It’s hard not to still be at it with all the great choices available now. I never imagined the micro game would blow up like this. I still miss the old days when builds were more one offs with hand made parts instead of off the shelf.

Finished up another 4m
Injora universal lcg chassis
Injora diamond axles
OGRC 60mm shocks
Injora ir40 body and cage
Extreme 180 motor
Injora 1.3’s
Injora mb100 esc
Stock trans gears
Injora straight links front bumped out 9mm

Rigs looking good as always Chevy. I am recently getting back into the micro/mini by picking up a TRX4M. Alot has changed since I first got into it. I remember alot of your old builds. Jeepspeed being one of my favorite ones. Hell I still got a set of Miclaws and one of your DDP predator big blocks you sold me for the old micro crawler/trail trekkers. Funny enough I put a new pinion on it and it lives again in my friends trx4m.
