The Carisma MSA-1E isn't worth the $
Mine never ran for more than 1 actual second. The transmission slipped. Took it apart for repair and the slipper just floats in the case and isn't keyed. It now binds or slips. Still never drove it more than a second.

Tires are also rock hard, and the body has bad details for even a lexan body. This should be $30 less than the Hobby Plus CR-24, not $20 more.
I dislike it enough I'm willing to return it to Asia Tee's and I plan to purchase another CR-24. It's a far better deal for the $

Thanks Spoo76, I just saw that RPP now has them in stock and was back to thinking about these again, but I'll have to pass with a review like that.

For the $ I'd go with the Hobby Plus CR-24.
It's built very much like a Barrage, but with a transmission with more gear reduction and it's $10 less than a Barrage.
I kind of like the transmitter too

Hobby Plus CR-24 pictures

Most of the parts are very similar and look so close, most parts will swap over.
For example axle link mounts are exactly the same. However, you can still spot enough differences to know they aren't the same exact parts coming from the same molds.

It's great the Carisma has a transmission with more gear reduction, it's a shame this thing doesn't want to work.
I'm trying to return it, and exchange for another CR-24,
but I've been out of town for work alot.
