1:32 off-road slot car track...

Don't know if this is the right spot for this, but here goes.. Advice, comments and mocking derision are all appreciated...

Just finished the copper taping, just needs some more landscape detail (grasses, cacti, loose "dirt", sponsor signs, etc.)

Its about 5' x 7' on 3/4" MDF. Clean lap times run about 10-11 seconds..

It's a freakin blast!

Found this at my doorstep today! :mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen: The chassis that I'm gonna use is the same as the 'Mog in above pics..the wheelbase is a bit longer than I would like, so I will have to set the rear fenders farther back.

Thanx man! I might put some orange and red light inside the buggy to sim a fire, but we'll see :roll:...

The wheelbases vary from 3 1/8" to 3 5/8"...Thanx for the offer, though I am looking for a Jeep body to do a 1/32 KOH rig ,..:mrgreen:

Now that I'm doing a bunch of details, I'm gonna wait till it's done (or close to it) to post a vid...

I built it with me and the boy racing together in mind, but it's too technical for him, so I end up doing solo time trials...it's a fun track, but you can only play with yourself for so long...I'm gonna continue planning and adding detail, but yeah, it's on the trading block..
