Should get back into chassis fab later this week. Loaned my welder to a buddy for a few days. I'll have an update Thursday or Friday.

Got the HPI Baja shocks in, will need some tuning with the pistons to get the rebound needed, but they are HUGE and should be about perfect for this rig.

Looking for a servo, have to first figure out how much power I think I will need. Anyone have any idea what kind of torque I would need? Single servo or dual servos?

I am very glad the HPI 5B shocks will work. Tons of options for them, tons of Pistons, springs, etc. even reservoir setup for a true high performance setup.

Got a bit of welding in tonight. had to quit as I have to be up at 4:45 in the morning.

More progress tonight. Got most of the rear section primary tubing done as well as got the skid mounted. Started to cut and bend the tube for the front end. Threw it up on the bench for a good pic to show approximate rear axle placement and close to where the front axle will go as well. That will be finalized tomorrow sometime.
