2 day Trail event for scalers in Marseilles, IL

liz and i got a hotel room in ottawa, and as i was investigating the winch servo in tinytim the steering servo started acting up and clocking full right.

i think its either the spektrum rx or the heyok winch controllers that maybe lunching out the servos. regardless we decided to just go home in the am and not burn up any more gosh damn 120 buck servos until i figure out why its happening.

liz had a blast. it was really cool meeting new peeps and having a group that big.
 
I had a blast... cool people, good runs, nice rigs, tasty food, cold beer, big fire and a pool table... life is good 8)

let's start planning the next camping gtg!
Liz, I'll leave the bike at home so your feet will be safe... but I'll have Jason's helicopter by then... better duck!

I'm willing to travel... if you guys know some good places and want to arrange some type of camping trip, I'm sure we can get some folks to come out!
 
You guys missed it Sunday. Me, wife, and bad1(Robert) were sitting at the picnic table after the rest of the group had disbanded from a strange brown bottle flu, when there was a giant thump of earth and metal. Well turns out some idiot turning off the highway and just into the entrance was either too drunk or forgot how to make a complete turn drove straight into the ditch. Set off both his airbags and ruined his front end. Luckily there was 20 trucks available to pull him out but WOW. And to add insult to injury I went and took pics of his idiocy lol. Enjoy.

we went up to South Haven a couple weeks ago. It didn't take long to get there and it looks like there could be some great trails... somewhere.
Also, big sand dunes for the foff'n Bastard :twisted:
 
I'm willing to go, just ned a camp ground with full hookups. I know there are a bunch out around Dowajack and Cassoppolis. Might be more along the 94 corridor.

Holy Shit is that mud a bitch to clean. Took me forever to get it out of all the cracks and crevices. Luckily it did not get into the cab or into the electronics area, all external.
