Ok, so if I bring the smoker, how many people are gonna be around and want smoked pork loin Friday evening?

For those that don't know, my smoker is also a huge charcoal grill.

I think Saturday I will just fire up some coal and grill burgers or whatever. I'm thinking I will just cook whatever people bring for dinner saturday, or I can bring enough burgers for everyone if people bring sides to share.

Looking for any input here.

Either way I'm bringing the smoker with lots of wood for Fri. and charcoal for Sat.
