Good to see some chatter going on in here finally! It's definitely getting close now...waiting on the last few donation packages to show up, but otherwise we're ready to go!

Nothing gets the chatter going like mentioning rubbing meat ;-)

My plan for dinner Saturday is to have burgers coming off the grill as finals wrap up. I would like to get setup close to where you will do the awards and raffle. Shoot me a pm when you get a chance and let me know when and where you guys will be there setting up.

Small update...I had originally set Nov. 13th as the cutoff for buying a ticket. I just moved this to Nov. 18 @ 12:00am so you can buy tickets all the way up through that Thursday.

I had originally set this up this way in case I had some things that I needed to take care of the week leading up to the event, but I believe I've got most everything taken care of at this point. Of course there's always something...

Ok, we need side dishes, bags of chips, burger toppings (mustard, ketchup, pickles, etc.)
if someone wanted to get buns, that would be great, I'm thinking around 50 burgers, but maybe fewer if I get some hot dogs or brats.
I'm pretty sure I still have enough plates and utensils.



I'm not planning to provide drinks, partly due to cost, but also because it is a dry county. So byob.
